About Us

History

I was raised in a small town in South Carolina. Despite having no mall, no Walmart, very few corporate chains and just 3 stoplights within 50 miles, the community was thriving. I left after joining the military in the late 90's, often returning to visit friends and family. Over 20 years, the place that was once lively, had become a shell of itself. Family-owned businesses were closing their doors; common areas were becoming abandoned and dilapidated. The population started leaving the area for jobs as investors and developers began focusing their money towards more urban areas. All that stayed behind was crime, poverty and illness. This has been the trend throughout the country with one common factor at the center of it all, the workforce.

Our Organization

Community Workforce Revival Inc. is a 501c3 non-profit operating out from the State of Florida and was established to address economic decline in communities by focusing on the workforce. By integrating employment services with long-term resiliency education, we offer a holistic approach to community support. Our innovative model combines technological modeling, local outreach, workforce development and community revitalization to ensure both structural and human resilience.

Who We Are:

Our team is deeply committed and genuinely invested in the success of our mission. We are qualified, relatable and driven by compassion - not politics or corporate interests. With hearts aligned to the cause, we stand with the workforce, working wholeheartedly to rebuild opportunity and hope where it's needed most.

Our Values

We are committed to revitalizing struggling communities by strengthening the workforce and expanding opportunity. We believe that every community thrives when its people have access to meaningful work, essential resources, and the chance to contribute with dignity. Our mission focuses on empowering under-resourced neighborhoods by address workforce gaps, reducing barriers to employment, and building pathways to long-term economic stability. We prioritize equity by investing in communities often excluded from economic progress -particularly those affected by poverty, disinvestment and systematic injustice. Through partnerships with local employers, educators and service providers, we foster collaboration that leads to real and lasting change. Our approach is holistic: we recognize that true revitalization includes not only job creation, but also addressing housing, transportation, health, and emotional well-being. Guided by transparency and integrity, we champion resilience and believe that with the right tools, communities can rebuild stronger, more self-reliant futures, together
